Vincent is a young dog, still a puppy really, that was shot by a pellet rifle and left paralyzed in his hind legs. After that, he was also hit by a car! An animal lover notified IRO but because our rescue center is full to capacity we were unable to rescue him as an official IRO recue. Fuente is a puppy that was found in the park at Fuente Osmeña Rotunda, Cebu City, on 13 June, 2011 by Nena Hernandez. Fuente was being fed and cared for by Mr. Romelio, who works in the park and is an animal lover, having already rescued nine dogs on his own! Nena will act as Fuente's ninang and assure that he gets whatever medical care is needed, and that he's eventually placed in a good home.
