We believe every pet deserves to be safe, cherished, and part of a loving family. Our mission is to provide rescued dogs and cats from Puerto Rico with compassionate care, foster support, and thoughtfully managed adoption services that lead to permanent, nurturing homes.
Through rescue, rehabilitation, and education, we give vulnerable animals the opportunity for a better life while helping families find devoted lifelong companions.
Our Impact
Caribbean Paws Adoption Network successfully places rescue dogs and cats from Puerto Rico into loving homes throughout Virginia and beyond. Each adoption represents not only a life saved, but also a family transformed through the joy and companionship of rescue.
Our work is made possible through compassionate foster homes, dedicated volunteers, adopter support, veterinary partnerships, and responsible adoption practices. Together, these efforts reduce animal suffering, create sustainable rescue solutions, and give hope to vulnerable animals in need.

In addition to placing animals in homes, we are always looking to build partnerships with rescues across the East Coast that can help accept fully vetted and highly adoptable dogs and cats.
