Meet siblings, Valentino and Valentina.  These two adorable pups were thrown from a moving car in Puerto Rico, suffering many injuries. They were rescued by one of our volunteers who happened to see this horrific act. Valentino and Valentina were rehabilitated and are now healthy enough to travel to Virginia in search of their forever homes. We believe they are chihuahua mixes and should remain under 20 pounds when full grown. They have been a part of our humane education program on the island and will come up VERY socialized and great with children.
